It is clear that the author has done many deals like this and had success doing so. While I am far from an expert in the subject area, it seems like the book did a good job covering all the necessary ins and outs of the business.The tone of the book comes across as a bit gungho, get-rich-quick-ish. Read a bit further in -- the details are worth it.

Without this book, I would have probably quickly dismissed the idea of flipping land. However, this book is a practical guide on getting started. "Just enough knowledge to make you dangerous," I'd say. I eagerly await the sequel that should cover some topics in-depth and be chock-full of real examples from the author's past.
Very easy and quick read that explained the whole concept really well. Went into enough detail that I can confidently look for property and really do enough research on my own to get my first property
Gives a fairly detailed run-down of the basics of land-flipping. Explains what you need to think about during each deal, what contacts you need to make, and basic strategies and tips for dealing with buyers and sellers. It's well-written, too! This isn't the end-all be-all bible of land flipping, I think it's meant to be a little bit of a tease for their second book/website. But it is well-worth the read-- this information isn't compiled like this anywhere else, really.
This was a great read and very helpful. It provides introductory, but essential information on how to successfully land flip for a good profit. What I especially liked was the contract checklist, there are points in here that are absolutely CRUCIAL to this type of business. This book gives a general idea of what you need, and what you need to look out for. I'm about to buy the "Owner Financing" book as well, since I don't have much money to start off, and I want to know as many details as possible to make sure I'm on the right track.
A very Basic book on simple ideas of finding land and sub-dividing it. Author gives you the skinny on how much work is involved (which i appreciated), but other than that, its a basic read.
definitely a beginners guide to land flipping. relatively short and concise but packed with useful information to get started. doesn't dive too heavily into any one subject and makes for a good read just solid enough to keep ones attention. I WOULD recommend reading it. oh also, I enjoyed the American "country" nature of the writing.
