This is a very well-written series of books with great character development. The only problem that I had with this box set is that the second book - ECHOES OF MAGIC - seemed completely boring and redundant to me. It just seemed that after reading SHADOW MAGIC, the first book in the series, which was as good as expected, every other book didn't seem as good. Because each book has the same characters in them with the same couples, each book is like a continuation or extension of the other, losing a bit of luster and innovation. A lot of the action was unfortunately, predictable and typical.The third book - DANGEROUS MAGIC - actually seemed more interesting because it brought the finale in the series with the showdown with Nigel, the evil villain in the story. It also didn't seem as contrived as ECHOES OF MAGIC which to me, seemed like a bad sequel to a good movie.
Overall, the box set was entertaining. I just wish that there were more new characters and action in the stories to add excitement and newness to the plots.

I wished there were more in the set. There were some grammatical errors and typos through-out each book, but it didn't effect the plot in any way. The author could do with a better proof reader. The plot was excellent. I loved the interesting magical restrictions and historical details. Well done.
Donna Grant is awesome! We are always happy when good overcomes evil. Wonderful stories, deep thoughtful characters, interesting plots. Strong capable women, loving, strong alpha men. Donna weaves a wonderful tale and the reader is happy. ENJOY !!
This is set up like a series. The first book characters set you up for the second one then the second for the third, which is in this case the conclusion for the story. The women characters are great. They are all really strong and determined. The play a key role on all three stories. The plots were well written. There was intrigue and suspense. The sex was hot!!!!! In all 3 books. This book was well worth the cost.
This is a great 3 book series, though the books are not all that long they are very wonderful. Book 3 is for ever my favorite, I just fell in love with Case. You get glimpses of him through out the 1st 2 books so by book 3 your lost for the lost soul. If you enjoy books about witches, cursed love, knights,darkness, and true love you can't pick a better set to read.
I think it must be very hard writing three interconnecting stories without them getting boring and tedious half way through the second one. This trilogy was good right up to the very end, I had a hard time putting it down, in fact I read the second book in one day. It was very well written, without a lot of editing errors, had a decent plot and very interesting characters. I am definitely going to be reading more from this author - I highly recommend this book!
I love reading a series that you really grow to love the family. This is one of those. I loved all of the sisters and their own individual specialty. I love the men they became loved and became involved with. These books are so detailed and meaty. I hated it when they came to an end. Please write another one so that I can read just one more story about these sisters!
I really enjoyed this series and would like to see if there are more adventures like this one. I did not put it down until all three were read. Yes the story lines were similar but in a series you do expect them to be. The characters were believable and not at all predictable in their behavior. I wish there would be another 3 books on other witches to read about or even a warlock. I can see other directions this series could take regarding offspring and how their magic develops from childhood etc. I do not buy a kindle book that is only a few dollars less than a paperback book. Tthis series is at a reasonable price for people who haven't a lot of extra money to spend on books but love to read. Thank you for writing these books. I would read more of your works if they are put in a boxed set for kindle readers at a reduced cost.
